How do I scan a document?

Open the App and tap the scan button on the main screen. Point the camera at your document — Scan Me Up automatically detects the page edges and corrects perspective. After capturing, you can crop, rotate, recolor, and reorder pages before saving.

Where are my documents stored?

All documents, pages, and signatures are stored locally on your device, in the App's private storage area. They are not uploaded to any server. If you delete the App, your documents are deleted with it, so export anything you want to keep as a PDF first.

How do I export a PDF?

Open a document and tap the export button. You can choose a compression level to balance quality and file size, then share the PDF using the iOS share sheet (Mail, Messages, Files, AirDrop, etc.).

How do I add a signature?

Inside a document page, choose the signature tool. You can draw a new signature or pick a previously saved one, then drag and resize it on the page before saving.

What does the “Unlock Full App” purchase do?

The free tier lets you create one document so you can try the App before buying. The one-time “Unlock Full App” purchase removes that limit so you can create unlimited documents. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

I bought the unlock on another device. How do I restore it?

Open the paywall screen inside the App and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
